THE THESIS
Companies keep rebuilding knowledge they already wrote down.
The design documents exist. The procedures exist. The training decks exist. What does not exist is a record connecting them to how the work actually runs, and that is the layer we are building.
Who is building it
This comes out of two decades of meter-to-cash process work in regulated utilities, and later of building on process-mining and enterprise-data platforms. The pattern repeated everywhere: months spent reconstructing in workshops knowledge that was already written down somewhere nobody could search.
That is the whole reason this product starts from documents rather than from a blank canvas.
The relationship to Operate
The Way It Works is a product of Operate Work LLC. Operate is the consulting practice; this is the product. They share an owner and nothing else that affects you: a trial does not put you in front of a consultant, and there is no engagement to sign before you can use the software.
