PRICING

One process. Free. No card.

After that you buy by the context kernel. A kernel holds one process spine and everything that gives it meaning: the documents behind it, the evidence for each step, and the record you can hand to someone else. You buy kernels, not seats. Everyone who needs to read one, can.

5 PLACES

Design partner pricing. Five places.

We are taking five companies into the beta as design partners. The rates below are the design partner rates: half the standard price, held for the length of your first term. When the five places are taken, the standard price applies to everyone after them.

Estimate what you would use

WORK OUT WHAT YOU WOULD USE

Two rough numbers. No need to be precise, because you can see your real usage in the product from the first day.

That’s about 816,000 context credits a month. One context kernel covers it.

An estimate, from typical documents. Reading, editing and exporting never cost credits.

Pricing questions

What counts as one process?

One process node in your map that holds a finished record. You can build out the whole map, every capability and every process group, and edit it freely. The limit is on how many of those nodes hold a full record, because that is where the work happens.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only. Everything stays visible, everything stays exportable, and nothing is deleted for 90 days. Upgrade any time and it picks up exactly where it stopped, so you never pay to redo work you already did.

What happens if I run out of context credits?

Drafting pauses. Reading never degrades. Your workspace stays live, everything already drafted stays exactly as it was, and nothing is deleted. On paid tiers you can buy a top-up pack; on the trial, that is the point at which most people decide whether to upgrade.

Do I have to talk to sales?

No. The trial and the context kernel are both self-serve from start to finish: no card to start, no call to upgrade, no demo to book. The price is on the page, and you can buy it without speaking to anyone.

What is a Context Kernel?

A kernel holds one process spine and everything that gives it meaning: the documents behind it, the evidence for each step, and the record you can hand to someone else. You buy kernels, not seats. Everyone who needs to read one, can. You add one for each process you map, so what you pay follows the work you actually do rather than the number of people who look at it.

What is the design partner rate?

We are taking 5 companies into the beta as design partners, at 50% off the standard price. That rate is held for the length of your first term, so it does not step up when the beta ends. In exchange we ask for candid feedback and the occasional conversation about what is not working yet. When the 5 places are taken, the standard price applies.

Can I export everything?

Yes, on every tier including the trial. The full record exports as JSON in an open standard, so you can take it elsewhere. Export is never a paid feature here, because a record you cannot remove is a record you cannot trust.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no minimum term on any tier. Cancelling keeps your access through the period you already paid for; after that the workspace goes read-only under the same terms as an expired trial: visible, exportable, not deleted.

Are provenance and evidence limited on cheaper tiers?

No, and they never will be. Every item shows where it came from on every tier, including the free trial. Charging for the ability to check our own output would undermine the entire argument this product is built on.

What currency, and what about tax?

Prices in USD, excluding tax. Tax is calculated at checkout.
