THE METER, IN FULL
Credits are prepaid. You are never billed a surprise.
A context credit is a normalized unit of drafting work. The figures above are estimates from representative documents, and your live usage is always visible in the product.
Allowances reset monthly on your billing date, on annual plans too. An annual subscription does not grant twelve months up front.
No credit card. Five design partner places. A person replies.
WHAT CONSUMES CREDITS | WHAT NEVER DOES |
|---|---|
| Classifying a document into your capability map | Reading anything, ever, by anyone |
| Drafting the record from a document | Browsing the graph, the map, the summary or the ledger |
| Refining a record against a new or updated source | Editing, renaming, confirming or rejecting |
| Generating a narrated walkthrough | Exporting the whole record |
| Asking Billy a question, typed or spoken | Inviting and using viewer seats |
Reading is always free.
Drafting is the only thing that consumes anything. That is why running out pauses work rather than locking you out of what you already have.
If you run out
Drafting pauses. Reading never degrades. Your workspace stays live, everything already drafted stays exactly as it was, and nothing is deleted.
On paid tiers you can buy a top-up pack of 1M credits. On the trial, that is the point at which most people decide whether to upgrade.
Consumption order, stated once: your monthly allowance is used first, then packs, oldest first. On the trial there is a single grant of 250,000 and no overage at all.
